Exams & Dental Hygienes

Exams & cleanings are the best way to avoid costly treatments in the future. Regular exams & cleanings prevent problems such as periodontal disease & tooth decay. Cleanings are recommended every six months to avoid oral health issues and ensure that your gums stay healthy because oral hygiene can effect your general well-being.

Implants

A dental implant is a prosthetic that's used to replace a missing tooth. The implant itself is a metal post made of the same type of metal that's used to create artificial joints. The post is implanted into the jaw bone where it acts as an artificial root, securing a dental crown designed to look and feel just like a natural tooth. Implants are far more secure than dentures or bridges, & they help prevent bone resorption following tooth loss that can lead to additional tooth loss in the future.

Dental emergencies are frightening and often painful. Prompt treatment is usually required to alleviate pain & to ensure the best possible outcome. Sometimes, teeth become fractured by trauma, grinding, or biting on hard objects. In other cases, fillings or crowns can be damaged or fall out completely. If there is severe pain, it's important to contact our office immediately. The pain caused by dental emergencies almost always gets worse if left untreated.
